By using different textile materials – especially yarns and old fabrics with a past, I create picture collages and compositions. With traditional and free experimental techniques, I address and reflect on different areas of personal and social life.

The themes are partly in contrast to the comfortable, handcrafted textile design.

The sewn drawings do not correspond to reality, but, through the aesthetics of the fabric, the thread and the seam lines, are literally processed, condensed impressions.
